Dr. Mikey Tabak

Dr. Mikey Tabak Chief Science Officer & Founder

I have a decade of post-PhD experience developing AI models that drive solutions for environmental protection, climate change mitigation, and advancing business goals. Leveraging state-of-the-art technologies and high-performance computing, I work across diverse fields, including biology, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, computer vision, and agriculture. I hold a Bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University and a PhD from the University of Wyoming. Over the course of my career, I have published dozens of peer-reviewed scientific articles. Outside of work, I enjoy long trail runs, cross country skiing, and playing in forests and lakes with my family.

Matt Bair

Matt Bair Chief Innovation Officer

I have had a life-long passion for finding creative and useful application of technology. I have worked in the software and data space for over 25 years, specializing in the manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries. I am constantly on the lookout for new challenges. I love hiking, traveling, reading, writing and tasting craft beer. I live with family in colorful Colorado.

Dr. Liz Mandeville

Dr. Liz Mandeville Computational Biologist

My expertise lies at the intersection of advanced computational methods and management of fish and wildlife species. My university research focuses on biodiversity of freshwater fishes, particularly on the evolutionary and ecological mechanisms that promote or inhibit hybridization between species. I use big genomic data to try to understand current and past patterns of fish diversity. Recently, I’ve also become interested in the vast evolutionary diversity of fish sex chromosomes, and how this extreme variation among closely related species might shape fish evolution. I have an extensive record of publishing research in the scientific literature. When I'm not working, I'm on the trails: running, biking, and skiing.
